If you desire some quick cleanings and or a free change of linnen during your stay (at no extra charge): please let us know sufficiently beforehand and we’ll make it happen.
❌ The dishwashing during your stay is never included. A thorough washing of the dishes needs to be done on your departure please.

💳 Reservation confirmed upon receipt of a bank transfer deposit (30% of the total stay price).
📅 Balance due 30 days before arrival (100% payment required for last-minute bookings within 30 days, non-refundable).
💰 Payments on-site: Bank transfer or cash only. No cheques, no cards!

🏕️ Camping: Restricted Access
🚫 The mini campsite is closed to the public 👥
Exclusive to SCI members : Only volunteers (‘adhérents sociétaires’ of the SCI) can occasionally still camp, to assist in the maintaining the structures. (very occasional occupancy, max. 2 pitches at a time)
The Mini Campsite has 2 camping pitches. Member: take an option here.

Access to the fridge (reservation required, subject to availability)
Access to shared showers and toilets
- Everyone still pays the tourist tax of 0,29 €/adult/night.
This tax is added to the final bill of your personal consumptions.

📜 Legal & Terms Cancellation policy
🏡 Gîtes & Chalets
An additional tourist tax of 5% applies, capped at €1.58 per person per night. This tax does not apply if you are already paying it for your primary rental and are booking the Studio (or another furnished rental) as an additional space for coaching sessions.
