An important educational aspect of the holiday estate L’Assaladou is the fact that we want to give our visitors a taste of a ‘sustainable lifestyle’, closer to and with a deeper respect for nature.
The unique combination of the climate, the clean air and the hight of the plateau in the foothills makes a wide range of Super High Quality edible and healing plants.
One of the prime examples of this is the picking and processing of wild edible and medicinal plants and herbs in and around the estate. We are embedded in a very lush nature, at an altitude of 600 m high, which gives us a herbal sanctuary!
